Professional Hockey Systems Developmental plan
Permission to skate form required
Commitment, dedication, and attendance imperative from player positive practice to game ratio
High level trainer
Education connections
Professionally constructed Dressing room, personal stalls
Monthly power skating
Dry land training program
High School community hours available with the Oakville Hornets
Practice: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday - 1.5 hrs
Games: 32 League + Tourney + Exhibition, weekend road games, Team Bus, 15-15-20-game time
Ages 21 and under
Intensive program for the high level and focused player
